Return Policy

  1. Items eligible for return must be unworn, unwashed, and in new condition with tags for an exchange or refund within 30 days of delivery. Over the holiday season (November 1-December 31) exchanges can be made within 60 days of delivery.
  2. Clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged
  3. Shipping charges are not refunded for returns or exchanges and we do not provide return shipping labels for returns or exchanges
  4. All returns must be accompanied by the packing slip along with a note indicating if you would like a refund or an exchange
  5. If you would like an exchange, please include the style information and size needed when applicable 
  6. Upon receipt of a return please allow 1-2 weeks to process
  7. Please include all of your contact information, including e-mail, inside the package
  8. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment

Frequently Asked Questions About Shopping

Why is my order being declined?
We have several fraud protection layers in place to protect you and your personal information. To ensure your order is processed quickly and seamlessly, please double check that all information entered is correct. Your billing address must be an exact match to what is on file with your card issuer.

When will my order ship? 
We do our best to ship orders out the following business day however there might be times we need a few days to process orders, especially during the busy holiday season. Once your order ships out, you will receive an email that includes the tracking number so you can follow your package along on its journey to you. 

What do I do if I received a damaged or incorrect item?
Please email us right away with your order number, a photo and any details you can include so we can make things right. Our email address is orders@glacier.org

Can you include a gift receipt or note with my order?
At checkout, you will have the option to include a gift message for the recipient. We include a packing list with each order that never shares the prices. 

Do you have any discounts or sales?
Since we are the non-profit fundraising partner for Glacier National Park, we don’t offer many discounts throughout the year. Be sure to sign up for our emails to be notified when we have sales or special offers. 

What type of payment do you accept and is my transaction secure?
We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover. We also accept PayPal and Google Pay; for phone orders, we can take personal checks or money orders. To prevent unauthorized access to your personal information, we have several levels of security in place to safeguard the information we collect online. If you are unable to complete checkout, please verify that all of your billing and card information is accurate. If you received an email confirmation notification, your payment went through successfully and we have received your order. 

Can you change my address?
To update your shipping address, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to make that change before your order ships. We are unable to adjust billing addresses as they are linked to the payment.

My package says it’s delivered but it’s not here, what do I do?
Unfortunately this can happen from time to time! Carries will mark a package as delivered before it has been dropped off to you. Typically packages turn up within three business days. We also suggest checking any other doors, near a garage or bushes – anywhere the package could have been left. It’s also a great idea to ask your neighbors if they received it for you or if it was accidentally delivered to them.

Why do you need my phone number?
We ask you to provide a valid phone number so we can reach out with any questions that may arise regarding your order, including but not limited to product availability issues, confirming a shipping address or notifying you of any delays. We won’t sell your number or share it with anyone.

Shipping Charges
We ship by U.S. Mail and UPS Ground. Shipping charges are based on the total dollar amount of your order. Shipping rates are as follows in US Dollars:

Up to $14.99 – $5.00 shipping

$15.00 to $59.99 – $10.00 shipping

$60.00 to $99.99 – $14.00 shipping

$100.00 and over – FREE shipping
