Is my online transaction secure?

Absolutely. To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy and ensure the correct use of information we have put in place appropriate physical and electronic procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.

Our web store is hosted by a third party with credit card transactions supported by Authorize.net. Invoices are not received until a private, encrypted, PCI compliant process authorizes the card.

If you prefer, we also offer you the option of submitting your order by telephone or fax at the numbers listed at the bottom of this page.

Will I pay sales tax?

We are based in Montana and Montana does not have a sales tax.

How can I pay for my order?

We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover. We also accept personal checks and money orders for phone or fax orders. Orders paid by personal check will not be processed until the funds have been verified. If you are sending a check, please make the check payable to: Glacier National Park Conservancy. Please mail the order to the address listed below.

Shipping Charges

We ship by U.S. Mail and UPS Ground. Shipping charges are based on the total dollar amount of your order. Shipping rates are as follows in US Dollars:

Up to $14.99 – $5.00 shipping

$15.00 to $59.99 – $10.00 shipping

$60.00 to $99.99 – $14.00 shipping

$100.00 and over – FREE shipping

International – please contact us at orders@glacier.org for a shipping quote.

Return Policy

  1. All items can be returned in original condition for a refund or credit within 30 days of delivery
  2. Shipping charges are not included in refunds unless it was a store error
  3. All returns must be accompanied by the packing slip
  4. Upon receipt of a return please allow 1-2 weeks to process
  5. In the return package please note if you would like an exchange or refund
  6. Please include your contact information, including e-mail
  7. In the case of a refund, we will contact you to confirm credit card details
  8. If you paid by check or money order, we will send a refund check

    When will my order be delivered?

    Your order should be delivered within 5-7 business days of placing the order. If your order is not delivered within 7 business days, you may contact the sales team at 406-888-5756 for tracking assistance.
